DAZZLEBEAUTIE: This product is a liquid. The consistency is a teeny chip oily but dries matte. It is enclosed in a small-scale blackness bottle that reminds me of heart drops. ELF was also kind plenty to include a piffling mixing container and a brush for easy application. I really similar this brush. It will work great for applying my center shadow base. *wink*

So how and where do i apply these products?

- On my Eyebrows

-To utilise glitter

-To seal my lipstick.

For the optics, i applied this lightly on the brush and gently stroked information technology over the pretty pretty brows i had done and it did non wipe them off or make them shiny. My brows stayed put all solar day.
